Best thrift shop score ever.

flea market paintings

Over 40 original paintings on canvas and this giant framed church painting for $115.00.  $115.00 is a lot of money for me to spend in one place.  But as I sat in my truck and debated if I should make this deal with the sweet thrift shop owner, I texted my friend The Nester.  “Are we sure we are going to do The Big Sale again, cause I have a lot of paintings here!!!”  Yes.  The Big Sale is on.  In February!  More info coming soon!flea market paintings

I feel like I have a little Anthropology corner in my bedroom.  Although I live in the suburbs this little corner brings in the country where I long to be.  Some paintings for me and lots left over for the Big Sale!!!  Who’s in for The Big Sale!?!?!

Happy Friday! xoxox Angela

That church look just like our church, its 156 years old this month, my husbands family helped found it, donated the land, sidewalk, steeple, all thru the years. I love that my kids get to go to a church w/ such a history behind it, they are the 5th generation to attend there.

Your whole new style looks so great!!! You are so creative to cut up someone’s painting and feature different parts of the whole. I liked the whitish orb colored frames and then sans frames on others. Also how you go down to the floor. $115 was a great price for the huge church painting that goes so well on that wall! And the other painting against the green piece of furniture makes your ‘landing’ a very neat place!!! Your entire place is still so you yet with a new look. Love it!

Wow you did score! I love the paintings you chose to hang on the wall. Beautiful colors of green. They look great with your “orb”.
