my job

I have been working for the redesign company now for about 10 months.  I love every stinkin second of it!!!  When I prayed for God to help me find a job, never in my wildest dreams did I think he would create the perfect job for me.  I love everything we do, plus at the end of most days my stomach and cheeks hurt from laughing so much.  I forgot how much I love to laugh.  One of my jobs at the redesign company is taking the before and after photos of the redesign jobs we do and then posting on the redesign company’s blog.  Christina does all the writing, THANK GOODNESS!!

So it just occurred to me that I should be posting some of the projects here!!  Yes it took me 10 months to figure that out!  I can be slow sometimes!!!!  So check out these before and after photos from a job we did on Tuesday!  I can’t wait to show you yesterday’s job!  Still working on those photos!

Ahhh Dear Miss Button, This is Miss Hook n Eye…
I have been trying to eye stuff for a wall and hook stuff over the stuff on the wall but alas I must wait…and when I want to see how something looks, I do not like to wait. Like ever since your post of taking a thrift/GW art piece and cutting it to make three different sized paintings I’ve been wanting to go out looking!!! No rides…oh well. Gives me something good to think about!! Plus thanks to you I took all my few real and fake to look real art pieces to create an art wall. I’ve actually gotten compliments!! So as I try to explain well its really inspired by this blog lady Miss Button who does fabulous things with ONLY real art…and THEN you know what she’s done?? And then guess what else? And so I guess I name drop a bit and they sound impressed!! (Did they never think I would not do this on my own just because I never had?!!) so thank you from the bottom of my wallet. Not one dime was spent on art in the making of my art wall. Ya know, being disabled and housebound does keep me frugal!! Oh! And I have a rule. Five or six bags out before I can step foot inside a GW!!!
Have a nice weekend!! Oh!! We already were doing this as a couple, but we have a chalkboard hung with chain right by the back door in our garage. We write verses. Hubby’s been really touched by John 16:33 so that’s what we have on our board. Hope u r still doing it with your kids. The verses I learned as a kid are in my head and I can recall. The here and now is the struggle:/
